We accept most major private insurance plans and will assist you in determining what portion of your treatment is covered by insurance. Our goal is to ensure you receive the maximum allowable benefits given by your insurance plan. Please bring your insurance card or papers on the first visit.

Payment Options

We have a variety of arrangements to assist you in the payment of the fee portions which are not covered by your insurance. We accept most major credit cards (MasterCard & Visa) and also offer outside interest-free financing through CareCredit®. We will be glad to discuss these with you at your initial appointment.
